📋 Contract Staff Terms of Service

By registering as a contract staff member, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. DEFINITIONS

1. "Contract Staff" refers to you, the individual registering to refer schools and earn commissions.
2. "Platform" refers to School Report Pro and all associated services.
3. "School" refers to any educational institution registered on the platform.
4. "Commission" refers to the percentage of school fees earned by the contract staff.
5. "Term" refers to a school academic term (approximately 3 months).
6. "Earnings" refers to all commissions and bonuses accumulated by the contract staff.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

1. You must be at least 18 years old to register as a contract staff member.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration.
3. You must have a valid bank account in your name for receiving commission payments.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, or shareholder of School Report Pro.
5. You must not have been previously terminated from the contract staff program for misconduct.
6. You must not have any criminal record related to fraud, theft, or financial crimes.
7. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
8. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE AND PAYMENTS

1. You will earn 25% commission on all payments made by schools you successfully register.
2. Commission is for life as long as the school continues using the platform.
3. Commissions are calculated based on the school's fee structure at the time of payment.
4. Commissions are processed and made available at the end of each school term (every 3 months).
5. Withdrawals can be requested at any time once withdrawals are enabled by the administrator.
6. No minimum withdrawal amount - you can withdraw all your pending earnings at once.
7. Payments will be made to the bank account you have registered on your profile.
8. You are responsible for ensuring your bank details are accurate and up-to-date.
9. School Report Pro is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts due to your error.
10. Payments may be subject to processing fees deducted from your earnings.
11. All earnings are subject to verification and approval before payment.

4. BONUSES AND INCENTIVES

1. You will earn milestone bonuses when you successfully register 50+ schools.
2. Additional performance bonuses may be awarded at the sole discretion of School Report Pro.
3. Bonuses are paid along with regular commissions at the end of each term.
4. Bonuses are subject to the same verification and approval process as commissions.
5. Bonuses may be withdrawn or forfeited at the discretion of School Report Pro.

5. SCHOOL REGISTRATION AND REFERRAL PROCESS

1. One School, One Referral: Only the first contract staff to successfully register a school receives the commission.
2. Duplicate registrations of the same school by different contract staff will not be paid.
3. You must ensure that schools you register are legitimate educational institutions.
4. School Report Pro reserves the right to verify all school registrations.
5. Schools registered through fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of earnings.
6. You are responsible for assisting schools through the registration process.
7. You may not register schools that are already using the platform.
8. You may not register schools that are owned or operated by you or your immediate family.

6. FRAUD PREVENTION AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

1. Any attempt to cheat the system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.
2. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
   • Fake school registrations
   • Identity fraud or impersonation
   • Manipulation of the referral system
   • Creating multiple accounts
   • Using automated bots or scripts
   • Providing false or misleading information
   • Engaging in any activity that artificially inflates commissions
3. If caught cheating or engaging in fraudulent activities, your account will be immediately deactivated.
4. All earnings will be forfeited to School Report Pro.
5. Legal action may be pursued for significant fraud cases.
6. You will be liable for any damages caused by your fraudulent activities.

7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

1. School Report Pro reserves the right to terminate any contract staff appointment at any time without notice.
2. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
   • Violation of these terms and conditions
   • Engaging in fraudulent activities
   • Misrepresentation of School Report Pro
   • Conduct that damages the reputation of School Report Pro
   • Inactivity for 12 consecutive months
   • Providing false or inaccurate information
   • Non-compliance with applicable laws
3. Upon termination:
   • Your staff ID becomes invalid immediately
   • All ID cards and credentials become void
   • You must cease representing School Report Pro in any capacity
   • Any pending earnings may be forfeited if termination is due to misconduct
   • You must return or destroy all School Report Pro materials
4. You may voluntarily terminate your contract by providing written notice to School Report Pro.
5. Upon voluntary termination, you will receive any legitimate pending earnings.

8. ID CARD AND CREDENTIALS

1. Your ID card is valid only while you are an active contract staff member.
2. Upon termination, all ID cards become invalid immediately.
3. You must return or destroy all printed and digital ID cards upon termination.
4. You may not alter, copy, or misuse your ID card in any way.
5. Your ID card remains the property of School Report Pro.
6. You must present your ID card when representing School Report Pro.
7. Lost or stolen ID cards must be reported to School Report Pro immediately.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE

1. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all platform and school information.
2. You will not share, disclose, or sell school data or platform information to third parties.
3. You will not use platform or school information for personal benefit or competing purposes.
4. You will not disclose pricing structures, commission rates, or proprietary information.
5. This confidentiality obligation survives termination of your contract.
6. You may disclose information only as required by law.

10. REPRESENTATION AND CONDUCT

1. You represent School Report Pro in a professional, ethical, and respectful manner.
2. Any conduct that damages the reputation of School Report Pro may result in immediate termination.
3. You must not make false or misleading claims about School Report Pro or its services.
4. You must not use School Report Pro's name or logo without authorization.
5. You are an independent contractor and not an employee of School Report Pro.
6. You have no authority to bind School Report Pro to any agreements or contracts.

11. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of operation.
2. This includes, but is not limited to:
   • Tax laws and reporting requirements
   • Data protection and privacy laws
   • Anti-corruption and bribery laws
   • Consumer protection laws
3. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on commissions earned.
4. School Report Pro is not responsible for your tax obligations or penalties.
5. You must comply with all export control and sanctions regulations.

12. TAX AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

1. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying all taxes on your earnings.
2. School Report Pro may be required to report your earnings to tax authorities.
3. You must provide accurate tax identification information upon request.
4. You are responsible for any penalties or interest arising from your tax obligations.
5. Commissions and bonuses are paid in your local currency as determined by School Report Pro.
6. Currency conversion fees may apply for international payments.

13. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

1. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Your data is used for:
   • Account management and verification
   • Commission calculation and payment processing
   • Communication regarding your account
   • Generation of your ID card
   • Compliance with legal requirements
3. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
4. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
5. Your data will be retained for as long as your account is active and for legal compliance.
6. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. School Report Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
2. This includes, but is not limited to:
   • Loss of earnings or opportunities
   • Business interruption
   • Loss of data or goodwill
   • Any damages arising from your participation in the program
3. Our total liability is limited to the amount of commissions paid to you in the preceding 12 months.
4. You assume all risks associated with your participation in the contract staff program.
5. We are not responsible for any losses caused by circumstances beyond our control.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

1. You agree to indemnify and hold School Report Pro harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
   • Your violation of these terms
   • Your violation of any applicable laws
   • Your fraudulent or negligent acts
   • Your misrepresentation of School Report Pro
   • Your disputes with schools you have registered
2. We reserve the right to defend any claims on your behalf.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
2. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation.
3. If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
4. The governing law shall be the laws of the jurisdiction where School Report Pro is registered.
5. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

17. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

1. School Report Pro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Material changes will be communicated to you via email.
3. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
4. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
5. If you do not accept the changes, you must terminate your contract.

18. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

1. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
2. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
3. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of School Report Pro.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

1. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and School Report Pro.
2. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
3. No modifications to these terms are valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
