Welcome to School Report Pro (the "Platform"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a contract staff member, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a contract staff.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You must have a valid bank account for receiving payments.
You must not be a current employee of School Report Pro.

3. Commission Structure

You earn 25% commission on all payments made by schools you register.
Commission is for life as long as the school continues using the platform.
Commissions are paid at the end of each term (every 3 months).
One school can only be registered by one contract staff member.
No minimum withdrawal - you can withdraw all your earnings when withdrawals are enabled.

4. Milestone Bonuses

Milestone bonuses are awarded when you reach specific registration targets.
Bonuses are paid along with regular commissions.
Bonuses are subject to change at School Report Pro's discretion.

5. Referral Process

Schools must register using your unique referral link or staff ID.
You must not engage in fraudulent activities to register schools.
Schools must be legitimate educational institutions.
You cannot refer schools that you own or operate.

6. Termination

School Report Pro reserves the right to terminate any contract staff appointment at any time without notice.
Upon termination, your ID card becomes invalid.
Any pending earnings will be forfeited if termination is due to fraud or misconduct.
You can terminate your appointment by contacting support.

7. Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to cheat the system will result in immediate deactivation.
All earnings will be forfeited if caught cheating or engaging in illegal activities.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity.
False information provided during registration may lead to termination.

8. ID Card

Your ID card is valid only while you are an active contract staff.
Upon termination, all ID cards become invalid.
Printed or digital ID cards must be returned or destroyed upon termination.
ID cards are the property of School Report Pro.

9. Payment

Payments are made to the bank account you provide.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate bank details.
We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts due to your error.
No minimum withdrawal - you can withdraw all your earnings.
Withdrawals are processed manually by the administrator.

10. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all school information confidential.
You will not share school data with third parties.
You will not use school information for personal benefit.
You will not disclose your referral methods to competitors.

11. Limitation of Liability

School Report Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your contract staff activities. Our total liability is limited to the amount of commissions you have earned.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
